"I bought a tire from this store. I don't remember the sales guys name but he supposedly works at the Mesa store. Well he needs to go back to mesa cause I won't return to this location with him there. I bought the tire and told him I would be back after I went home and pulled the wheel off the bike. I returned and than he charged me the 25 install fee which is fine. But neither him or the other guy could figure out the code for what it was which took like 15 minutes. Than he tells me he has to charge for a 8 dollar stem and says I can refuse so I did since mine was fine. He than goes to mount the the tire and tells me it will take 10 minutes. Well 40 minutes pass by and I am still waiting. He comes out of the back and says I got it mounted I just need to balance it. Than he asks the other associate for his help. Hour and 15 minutes has gone by and I can hear them back there struggling to get it on when I was already told it was mounted. Finally another ten minutes goes by and the other guy says the sidewall is too hard and they can't get it mounted. So the tire guy will be in tomorrow at 9 am and will call when it's done. I leave already mad I was lied too. Next day comes and I have not heard from anyone. It's now 4pm. So I go down there and the tire was not done. Wait another 25 minutes just to get the tire back and to have scratches on it from the uneducated sales guy trying to dismount and mount the tire. I just walk out and didn't want to deal with them anymore. I will not be returning to cycle gear because this is the closest location and i refuse to go back while there is in experienced employees there. "
